Pocket PT is developed and operated by SetSmith Software ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Pocket PT app, why we collect it, how it is used, and the rights you have over it.
By using Pocket PT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following categories of data:

Pocket PT uses a closed-loop, deterministic rules-based training engine to build and adapt your programme. It does not use artificial intelligence or large language models to process your personal data. Every plan is generated by fixed, auditable logic, and every version of the engine is logged for traceability.
We use the following processors to operate the app. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your health-related data with advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling of any kind.
Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are relied upon to protect your data.
We retain your account and training data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.

Pocket PT is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted storage and transmission, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
